Clare Bailey is a Director in Savills' Commercial Research team and has written extensively on themes within the regional office markets. Clare has written a number of articles looking at the ‘S’ of ESG and has contributed to Savills office magazine ‘Core’ looking at the key ingredients to a happy and productive workplace, as well as recently writing a report (commissioned by the BCO) on the importance of affordable workspaces – a solution not a problem. Clare presents at a number of industry events including Savills regional ‘Cross sector’ seminars and Savills Financing property events.
