A Wimp's Guide to Exploiters

A Wimp's Guide to Exploiters

Phillipa Jenkinson
Us wimps are kind introverted empaths who everyone gravitates towards - unfortunately that includes exploiters. Exploiters can be in your friends and family and can be mere nuisances to full-blown narcissists. Let's discuss everyday wimp hacks to get you through life, as well as how to reshuffle people in your life who need to be put at arm's length or culled completely. This can be done whoever the exploiter is, even if it's a parent or a spouse who you feel stuck with, and it can be done without a confrontation or showdown. I will show you how to set dreaded boundaries covertly without the exploiter even realising. You don't have to 'grow a backbone', or 'stand up for yourself', you can insinuate no without actually saying no. Stay just as you are and let's form a plan-of-action so you can live a joyful life 'wimp style'!
