On one side were a group of powerful Tiger Tanks, led by one of Nazi Germany’s star tank aces, on the other, Canadian and British Armour concealed in ambush. Over the next few minutes, a brutal fight would unfold which would leave four tigers burning wrecks and SS-Hauptsturmfuhrer Michael Wittmann amongst the fallen.
