Susan is a Holistic Women's Health Practitioner and Facilitator, specialising in Menstrual Health, Fertility and Post Partum. Susan has been supporting women and facilitating workshops and trainings from boardrooms to classrooms for the past 5 years. She healed herself from years of period pain and emotional PMS and is passionate about empowering other women to do the same. She helps women who are over scheduled and under nourished to understand their body and tap into their own innate wisdom for all.
