Welcome to the Capital 5th Podcast, hosted by Ben Howard, a California licensed real estate advisor and third generation Sacramento area resident serving you since 2016. I intend to use this podcast as a tool for you to learn more about residential real estate in the Sacramento region. Each week, I'll highlight a community where I'm telling clients that there's the greatest market opportunity. I'll explain why you should consider this particular community and include reasons such as, the number of offers for similar homes or down, sellers are offering more buyer concessions during escrow, less sellers are receiving and accepting offers, or perhaps the average home is taking longer to sell. Then I'll select a home in that community, which is my deal of the week. These homes will be screened to offer the greatest value versus competing homes in that particular community. Next, I'll provide an update on mortgage rates. And finally, I'll discuss an aspect of real estate that I would share with my clients. Over the years, clients have asked me some really good questions. I've taken these questions and will share the answers with you.
