Welcome to Episode 3 of Chop Chop. Today, I share my story from the influence of my grandparents to starting my own business Roots Kitchen and everything in between.

In January, Roots Kitchen celebrated 7 years in business. My mission with Roots Kitchen is to provide a little joy in everyone's work day through food. I love feeding people and it in a privilege to do this as a job.

Chop Chop started in 2023 as a way to share my recipes with people, to inspire people to find the joy in food in an accessible way and prove that salads are not boring!
