Columnist with the 'Irish Daily Mail' Philip Nolan suffered a life-changing stroke last April while covering the funeral of Pope Francis in Rome.

He returned to writing his popular column last Thursday, detailing his impactful story of survival and rehabilitation.

Philip spoke to Damien this morning (Monday) on 'Déise Today' about his experience, adapting to a healthier lifestyle, and the ups and downs of recovery.
