As Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at GoDaddy, Kristy Lilas is responsible for implementing holistic, integrated and equitable programs that allow GoDaddy employees and customers to continue feeling empowered and supported—furthering the business’ mission of making “opportunity more inclusive for all.” Kristy combines an educational and personal background in social justice topics with corporate experience in strategy and operations to drive meaningful change. Prior to joining GoDaddy in April 2022, Kristy worked at a global Ed Tech company.
Kristy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Women’s Studies from Vassar College.
