#6 - What's Your Why with Pat Culhane
On today's show I am joined by Pat Culhane. Pat is a National Development Officer with the Gaelic Athletic Association in Ireland, where he manages programmes for introducing children to Gaelic games throughout Ireland. He is currently undertaking a part-time Doctor of Management degree at Glasgow Caledonian University and has presented at national and international conferences on coaching, leadership and management. Pat publishes regularly on these subjects and he is the Founder of the Professional Doctorate Society, a global movement connecting Doctoral Researchers to help each other through their studies.
On today’s episode, Pat discusses his coaching background and influences and ‘What is Your Why’, hoping to challenge coaches to think about why they coach, at their deepest level.
