Running, for me, is part of my identity. I wake up, I run. It feels like meditation. It’s my ‘me’ time, and it reminds me daily what a gift my health is. I also swim, bike and compete in triathlon. As a performance nutritionist, food is one of my great loves - everything from nachos to a plate of veggies!
I am to bring balance to my clients, and put an end to being a slave to diet culture and the scales.
