A Conversation with "Mr. Murder": David Hennessy on Homicide, Justice, and the Convictions that Haunt Him

David Hennesy is a legendary figure in Indiana legal circles. A long time attorney, he has done criminal defense work for 40 years — and in that time, as you will hear, he estimates that he has won 100 murder cases. Perhaps that is part of the reason people have given him the nickname Mr Murder. 

But now- after finishing one last case- he is leaving all that behind and retiring. 

We thought this would be a perfect time then to reach out to him. We wanted to talk to him about his distinguished career, hear about some of the cases that haunt him and learn about what practical advice he has to offer other attorneys.
