The Financial Stability Board (FSB) in Switzerland recently named Martin Moloney the new Deputy Secretary General starting next September He has just served as Secretary General of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO), a position he was appointed to in September 2021

Prior to IOSCO, he was Director General of the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) and also worked as a Special Adviser on Risk and Regulation to the Central Bank of Ireland before that during Ireland financial crisis.

He left clongowes in 1978.
