In an exclusive interview in today's Daily Star, Paul Healy speaks to convicted dissident IRA man Shane Rowan about his role in the purchase of weapons used in the Regency Hotel attack.

In the second part of his interview today, Paul speaks about his encounter with Rowan, who told him about fights with Jonathan Dowdall and the infamous 'plug' incident from the trial at the Special Criminal Court.
