We look ahead to his matches this weekend including finally taking on Will Ospreay for Rev Pro in Cardiff, and his 3rd defence of the PROGRESS Atlas championship as he takes on former guest of this show the super talented Ricky Knight Jr.
Damo also wanted to spread the message of two Belfast based charities that he is championing, Welcome Organisation helping homeless people in the city, and West Wellbeing Suicide Prevention Services, two fantastic charities which Damo is very passionate about.
We also look back on his time in WWE in NXT and on the main roster for Smackdown, including his run with the superb faction SAnitY.
