More than a decade ago, she was chronically sick, feeling wired and tired, and experiencing a sensation of constant overwhelm from the combination of both work and going to graduate school to become a practitioner.
Like many women she knew, she was being held captive by crazy unbalanced hormones and overwhelmed with life.
She realized that she needed to change her lifestyle if she wanted to feel like her old self again.
On that journey she reclaimed her life and her body and now she helps others to do the same using proven protocols to increase energy, lose weight and improve mood.
