The Fight Within is a podcast about the battles you don’t see.

Hosted from a place of real-life adversity, this show was born after a life-changing diagnosis. A brain tumour, later confirmed as aggressive cancer, and a decision to fight differently, not by ignoring reality, but by choosing mindset, presence, and resilience in the face of it.

The name comes from boxing, but this isn’t about punches.

It’s about the internal fights we all face:

self-doubt, fear, pressure, identity, and the voice in your head when things get hard.

As a boxing coach working with young people from all walks of life, one truth stands out:

The real fight isn’t in the ring, it’s within.
