Gemma Ferrer is a BHSI Coach & Assesor, HSI and Pony Club Coach based in Co. Tipperary. Originally from Barcelona, Gemma came to Ireland when she was taking a year out of University and hasn't looked back since. She specialises in training rider of all levels towards BHS, Pony Club exams and competitions. In this conversation we covered her newest adventure of going freelance, the power coaches have in a riders life and the power of language.
