#89 Jessie Barr // Sports Psychology & Elite Athletes
On episode 89 I am delighted to be joined by 2012 London Olympian and Sports Accredited psychologist Jessie Barr. Jessie is based in the Sport Institute and works with current and upcoming stars in Irish sport. We discuss all things sports psychology including music, acceptance, outcome praising and some of the lessons she accumulated during her career. This is one of my favourite discussions to date and I personally took a lot away from the chat with Jessie.
