MURDERED: Mark Stover
When celebrity dog trainer Mark Stover goes missing from his Washington state home in 2009 it does not take long for police to pinpoint a suspect. Self-defense expert Michiel Oakes is arrested and charged with Stover's murder, claiming self-defense. But as the investigation continues police begin to realize that Oakes may not be quite the superhero he made himself out to be. Listen in as Maggie is joined by fellow journalist and "48 Hours" correspondent, Peter Van Sant, as the two go behind the scenes of Peter's new podcast, "Trained to Kill: The Dog Trainer, The Heiress and the Bodyguard," a culmination of his multiple investigations into the murder of Mark Stover.
